Create and manage budgets

Create a spending budget or a savings fund, and set alerts and rollover on spending budgets.

Create a budget

Open the Budgets tab and tap Create Budget.
Choose Spending budget or Savings fund.
For a spending budget, choose a category and a period: Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.

Expenses in the category count against the budget automatically. Each category can have one budget or fund. You cannot change the period or the category of a spending budget after you create it.

Alerts for spending budgets

Use Notify me when I reach to choose when Zeteo alerts you. It starts at 80%. Zeteo also tells you when you go over the budget.

Rollover for spending budgets

Turn on Enable Rollover to carry unused budget into the next period. Overspending then reduces the next period's amount. Rollover is off until you turn it on.

Free and Premium

The Free plan includes 2 budgets. Premium removes the cap. Rollover and budget alerts stay free.
