Where to cancel

Zeteo cannot cancel a subscription for you. You cancel it in the store that bills you. If you have Premium, open Settings in the app and tap Zeteo Premium to see the steps for your store.

iPhone

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Zeteo, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Apple: Cancel a subscription

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Zeteo and follow Google's steps to cancel.

Google says that when you uninstall an app, your subscription does not cancel. After you cancel, you can use the subscription for the time you already paid for.

Deleting your account does not cancel

Deleting your Zeteo account does not cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first.
