Delete your account

Delete your Zeteo account from the app, and what happens to your data and groups.

Before you delete

Deleting your account cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play, so cancel that first.

If you have unsettled debts in groups, deleting your account does not clear them.

Delete your account

  1. On Home, tap your profile picture to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the end and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the warning and tap Continue.
  4. Type DELETE, then tap Delete My Account.

What happens

  • Zeteo asks Plaid to remove your bank connections.
  • Your transactions, accounts, budgets, custom categories and notifications are deleted.
  • Your profile is anonymised. Its name becomes Deleted user, and its photo is removed.
